Department of Hydraulics

It is the department of Civil Engineering which examines the mechanical properties of liquids. Fluid mechanics, hydraulics and hydrology are the main areas of expertise.

Purpose:

• To be able to plan the projects related to water mechanics, circulation and water resources development,


• To be able to plan projects related to dams, harbours and coastal structures, pipelines, river structures and water supply.
