Aim:

The military officers serving for other units, headquarters and institutions through the Turkish Land Forces Command;

• are aware of the changes in defense planning strategies of countries in the light of the social, economic, cultural and political developments in the world,


• know the defense planning methodology and are equipped with the necessary knowledge about this scope,


• have the ability to demonstrate and implement different defense planning approaches by following changes and progress in the field of defense planning,


• are capable of making threats assessments during the defense planning process, identify the forces that can be taken against the threat and conduct risk analyses, which enable them to grow as leaders and commanders with analytical thinking.
